The price of the chosen package includes assistance before, after and during the trip. Our goal is to advise you throughout your trip so that you have a memorable experience, depending on your expectations and your budget.
During your trip, we’ll be in constant contact with you to provide updates and to keep us informed of any displacements or cancellations of restaurants, hotels or activities.
We do our best to ensure that every client has a more than satisfactory experience, so we insist that you give us 24 hours’ notice of any planned changes so that we can take precautions in advance.
NB: Some restaurants charge a cancellation fee if you do not cancel your reservation 48 hours in advance, therefore we ask you to always notify us in the event of a delay or cancellation.
In case of flight or trip cancellation, a full refund will be made directly to your account.
